Housed the Head Quarters/Station of The Royal Irish Constabulary in 1921
Belfast’s then state of the art Police Station opened at Musgrave Street in Belfast in December 1893, some Months later than planned and a little over budget.
It housed the Belfast Head Quarters of The Royal Irish Constabulary and later two other Forces, The Royal Ulster Constabulary and The police Service of Northern Ireland.
The original 1893 red brick Buildings were demolished in 2011 to make way for the state of the Art Police Station that now sits on the site.
