Obverse:
The Parliament of Northern Ireland 22nd June 1921 surrounds a representation of the Ulster Flag with Shield, Crown and Raised right hand. The motto below the Shield reads Floreat Ultona ``May Ulster Flourish”
Reverse
A raised bust of King George V looking towards the Left. The raised lettering around the bust sets out GEORGIVS V DEI GRA: BRITT: OMN: REX
