The Truce refers to the Truce brokered between Republican Forces and the British forces in July 1921 which brought together the Parties in a Truce to end the hostilities of the Irish War of Independence, leading to the commencement of Discussions, ultimately leading to the agreement of the Anglo Irish Treaty in December 1921.
